Importance of Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management is the process of Planning, Organizing, Directing and controlling the functions of Procurement, Development, Integration, Transfer, Maintenance and Separation of human resource in an organization.
Every organization is made up of people; it is the manpower which manages all the functions of the company whether it is decision making or production of goods through machines. If the workforce isĀ  highly committed and motivated towards achieving the goals and objectives of the organization then the company will definitely rise and make profits whereas if the workforce is not motivated them the organization is bound to face loss. So, the development of human resource is vital for the growth of all the organizations
The different functions of HRM are-
Planning, Job Analysis and Design, Recruitment, Selection, Orientation and Placement, Training and Development, Job Evaluation, Performance Appraisal, Remuneration, Motivation, Transfer, Communication, Welfare, Safety, Health and Industrial Relations.
